Why are my followers not getting notified of new posts?

  I’m getting complaints from my blog followers that they aren’t getting the email notifications of new posts.

  I run a blog for a friend of mine and we’ve noticed the same thing with her followers.

  Is this a WP problem or something we need to do on our end?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do those who are not receiving your posts by email have WordPress.com username accounts? If so post their usernames here please.

  If they do not have WordPress.com username accounts please post the email addresses. the software will redact them so only Staff can see them. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  Please verify with the users that they are having the correct notification settings. Go to http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/ and click on the [Edit] link next to the blog you follow to change the notification settings.
