Why are my followers not notified of my posts?

  Why aren’t followers notified of new posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  The one I know of is (email visible only to moderators and staff), not a wordpress member.

  I thought you said it would redact the email address?

  It would have but you put a comma where a period was supposed to be.

  Hi there!

  I’m not aware of any issues affecting our emails going out to followers at the moment. Can you please ask your follower to search his Spam folder for the notification email? Or perhaps the email was stashed inside the Social or Promotions tabs? Let me know what you find out. Thanks!
