Why are my followers not receiving an update when I publish a new post?

  Why are my followers not receiving an email when I publish a new post? The last two posts I have published have gone to Facebook but have not gone directly to my followers. I’ve tried, really I have, to find out why myself, but I am stuck! Help!

  Hi there!

  I just subscribed to your site so that I’ll get emails when you publish new posts. I understand if you don’t want to publish a test post, so just let me know the next time you publish and I’ll check that I got an email.

  I just got notified of your latest blog post via email. Do you have a specific follower who isn’t receiving the emails? Or are you not receiving the emails?

  Hi Shawna

  I had two friends who didn’t receive the same post so thought something must have been wrong with my settings but it turns out it was the settings on their computers. Thanks so much for your help with this, sorry for bothering you unnecessarily.
