    Why are my landscape photos blurry when displayed on an iPad?
    I have uploaded my own photos on my wordpress site. I have recently switched over to galleries for my photos and run them on the slideshow. When it comes across my landscape oriented photos they are blurry, but only when I view them on my iPad. When viewed on a computer browser they look fine. It gives me this problem whether I view in my iPad safari browser or in the WordPress app.

    It could be something to do with the retina display on your iPad. The retina display on the iPad has four times the amount of pixels in comparison to a non-retina display.

    It could be that as you are looking at the portrait images, they are the appropriate image size to be displayed properly, but then when the images are in landscape more, the retina display may be automatically enlarging the image- blurring your images.

    As per the reference I linked above, I definitely recommend to upload high resolution images to your gallery to ensure proper image delivery.
