Why are my likes/ subscribers not redirecting

We just moved our site from our wordpress.com site to a .com site, and bought the wordpress redirect package for $13 per annum.
Everything seems to work fine except our statistics/ likes/ subscribers are not porting over
    1. Can we shift those over, or do we have to build our traffic and ranking from scratch?
2.Moving forward, is it advisable to update both the old and new sites each time we have a post?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, you recently added a self-hosted site to your account (angiekayexplorer.com). The redirect currently is setup to redirect people from angiekayexplorer.wordpress.com to angiekayexplorer.com.

Can we shift those over, or do we have to build our traffic and ranking from scratch?

I’m happy to move your subscribers and stats over for you! I’m afraid Likes are not able to be transferred. Just reply back to confirm though, and I’ll do the subscribers and stats.

Moving forward, is it advisable to update both the old and new sites each time we have a post?

No – you shouldn’t need to do that. Since your subscribers will be moved to your new site, you won’t need to post in both places!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.
It would be great if you can move our subscribers and stats over.
Do we need to pay you a fee for doing that?

No fee necessary! :) I’ve moved your stats. You can see the combined stats here:

    Subscribers can be seen here:

Thanks Jeremy! It’s great to see the the combined stats once again!
We seem to have “lost” about 10 subscribers though. Is that normal when we shift sites? Thanks!

The transfer shouldn’t have caused you to lose any subscribers. I’m taking a look at your WordPress.com site, and it looks like you have connected a Twitter and Facebook account through Publicize. When you connect those social networks, we include your number of followers/friends in your follower account. In this case, the number sums to 10, which I think may explain the discrepancy. On self-hosted sites, social numbers are not factored into subscriber totals.
