Why are my new topics automatically closed?

  I have a question, but when I post it, I am told that the new topic is closed. What’s going on?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can see the topic a few lines below: “Adding a customized WP or Google Search Engine.”

  It’s RIGHT below this one, and the poster is listed, mysteriously, as “admin” not me.

  Weird. It wasn’t there, but now it is, under your ID, not Admin.

  Must have been stuck in the system somewhere.

  Well, I entered the post a 5th time, only without a hyperlink, and the post was accepted. Weird.

  Admin shows as the owner for a few seconds on a new forum posting while some behind the scenes data base stuff is done then the original poster will show as the owner –
