Why are my notifications not loading when I press the notification button?

  Hello,

  In the last few weeks, the notification button on our administration bar has been active (orange). However, when we push on the button, opening the notification area, the messages and notifications will not load, or rather they will not stop loading.

  Is there something wrong with the function?

  We appreciate any help.

  Solved.

  Thank you, fstat.

  It appears Firefox, Chrome and Safari kept the function from working. Internet Explorer worked though.
