Why are my photos appearing larger than the 500 pixels wide as set in the media

  I cleared my cache and cookies, yet photos are appearing larger than the set 500 pixels wide,
  This is happening when I try to make a new Blog entry.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
