Why are my picture sizes being reduced? PUBLICIZE to FB they are teeny!!
-
I have instructed WP to “Publicize” my posts to Facebook and other social media – for example, one picture of Pippy longstocking in my Media library shows up as being 560×360 picels, but in my WP Blog as 290×203 Pixels, and worse still on my Facebook Fanpgae it came out as 155x108pixels!… I am currently taking a Facebook Marketing course and one of the top 3 rules for any kind of marketing success is to have LARGE PICTURES in posts… how can this problem of WP reducing picture size be overcome?
Many thanks as always – You Guys and Gals ARE AWESOME!!

Hi there, if you could link to the blog post in question and the Facebook page where I can see how it came out, that would be super helpful. Thanks!
As a general rule, when you share a post to Facebook, it puts a small image called a thumbnail beside the text. If you prefer larger photos with your Facebook posts, you’ll need to upload an image separately and go with manual sharing.
