Why are my portfolio featured images not showing up in the featured image block?

    My site has featured image blocks on the home page. I have activated portfolio and have properly set up a featured image. The problem is that when I go to the home page the featured Image does not show up. The blog posts featured images show up. I am confused on where to go from here.
