Why are my post timestamps incorrect?
No matter what theme I use, as well as browser or computer, my date timestamps for my posts are displayed at 11.1.11, November 1, 2011.
I have no idea how to change it.Any tips?

The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.

I visited the blog linked to above and I see this displaying as the most recently published post on the blog http://readingsbyoctober.wordpress.com/2013/02/06/the-new-readings%E2%88%9Eby%E2%88%9Eoctober-passion-crystalized-through-focus/

P.S. On a side issue, did you try removing the special characters from the title of the post? They don’t belong in it and they are not a good idea from an SEO perspective. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/

At Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard, you entered this for the date format:
11.1.11Please see this for the proper formatting (linked to on the settings page): http://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time
I think you want:
n.d.y
