Why are my posts being deleted?

  Why are my posts being deleted? I try to post thoughtful, funny anecdotes on Pro Football Talk. They stay up for 5-10 minutes and then are gone. I am always mindful of what I post
  and am never incendiary. Please advise.

  This board is only for technical and account support for free-hosted wordpress.com sites.
