Why are my Posts not being emailed to my subscribers?

  I had a new post this morning, but none of my subscribers were emailed the update. I then added a test post to see if it was a one time issue or the email wasn’t working, and no emails were sent once again. What could be causing my posts not to be emailed out to subscribers? Thanks in advance for your help.
