Why are my posts not showing up in the just posted 'topics' page?

  Hello, regarding my blog http://balancestudios.wordpress.com .. When i post i can’t seam to find my post on the applicable topic at http://en.wordpress.com/#!/read/topic/art/

  .. First I would like to know if the posts are sorted by the Tag or Category that I give it?
  …. 2nd, why can’t I see it?
