Why are my readers NOT getting email notifications of new posts?

  I’ve had countless people tell me that they no longer get an email notification when I’ve posted a new piece, and I KNOW this has been happening on both my blogs for quite some time . What’s up with that?? (and it’s NOT a spam folder issue — they used to get notifications, and then they just stopped.) I also know it’s happened to me with blogs I follow — I simply stopped getting email notifications of new posts. It seems as if this is one of the MAJOR responsibilities of WordPress (it’s well-nigh impossible to get readership if people aren’t aware of new posts) — and I can’t figure out how and why this is happening. Please advise

  Hi!

  Could you please provide some examples of usernames or email addresses of those that are reporting this issue so I can take a look? Please note, the email address will appear redacted in the forums, but it will be visible to staff.
