Why are my readers unable to comment?
-
Readers on my blog, hacklibraryschool.com, are receiving the error message, “Sorry, this comment could not be posted.” I have done some checking around, and this is only a problem with this blog, not any of my other WordPress blogs, so it is clearly not a problem with the users’ credentials or logins. None of the other answers posted on forums for other users having this problem have proven helpful. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Readers reported being unable to comment on this post http://hacklibraryschool.com/2014/05/12/rigor-2/ and I myself was unable to comment on this post http://hacklibraryschool.com/2014/05/14/9120/
1) using a WordPress login and
2) using the Chrome browser
(these seem to be the common elements affecting the ability to comment) -
Howdy,
I was able to successfully post a comment on the following post using my WordPress.com login and a Chrome browser:
http://hacklibraryschool.com/2014/05/14/9120/
Can you take a screenshot of the error message and upload it to your Media Library so I can take a look?

Thanks for sending that over. Just to confirm, is this happening both when you try to add comments through the comment box at the end of a post and through the Admin section here?
https://hacklibschool.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php
For example, can you try replying to a comment through that interface and see if you get the same message?
