Why are my renewal dates set for 11 months, instead of 12?

    I’ve paid for one year of service. My renewal date appears as 09/06/2013, instead of 10/06/2013. Please explain why in a timely manner, as this may lead me to cancel the WordPress service and I would need to do so within 2 days.

    Hi,

    When auto-renew is enabled, we renew domain upgrades a month early since a simple failed transaction could result in the loss of the domain if we waited for the expiration date. Since you have a domain linked with a value bundle, it’s set to renew a month early.

    If you’d like, you can go to Store -> My Upgrades to disable auto renew.
