Why are my scheduled posts not posting to Facebook?

Why are my scheduled posts not posting to Facebook? This has happened the last three times at least that I’ve scheduled a post. I don’t know if they’re posting to the blog properly but how can we correct this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note scheduled post publication is triggered the first visitor clicking into your blog after your post was scheduled. It will still state that it was posted on the time and date that you specified, but it will not actually go up until someone visits your site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/schedule-a-post/

Note: RSS Grafitti http://www.facebook.com/RSS.Graffiti can be used for posting to Facebook walls if you prefer. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination.
Please note that reconnecting Publicize with Facebook and/or with Twitter and other social networks does not re-publicize missed posts, but it will work for future posts.

1. Disconnect and reconnect Facebook as explained here:

2. Revisit your next scheduled post and make sure that the Facebook service is checked under the option shown here:
