Why are my shortlinks not working?

We recently built our site using the the media temple preview site. Once we took our site live, we switched the domain and hosting directory name. Now for some reason, all the shortlinks still link to the old preview site.

The site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress, using the free WordPress.org software.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
