Why are my stats gone?
-
I get this error:
We were unable to get your stats just now. Please try again. For several days now. I have tried plugin changes and even deactivated and reactivated Jetpack plugin. I would love some sort of documentation on how I could fix this.
Thank you!

Can you please try deactivating all other plugins to rule-out a plugin-specific conflict?
Theme function can also interfere like plugins, so would you please also temporarily switch to the Twenty Eleven theme?
-
I deactivated ALL plugins except Jetpack and reverted to 2011 Theme.
Still get no results when I click on the site stats tab. Please engineer my happiness!! :)

Are you running Jetpack on any other blogs? If so, do you have problems with those?
If not, do other Jetpack features, like the Sharing buttons, work?

When I visit your site stats page on our end, everything is displaying properly. Can you make sure that you have JavaScript enabled on your browser?
Are you using the most recent version of Jetpack, 1.2.2? If not, you may want to try updating to the most recent release.

Java Script is enabled and updated. Jetpack is 1.2.2.
Primarily a Chrome user but same error in IE and FF
Tried on 3 different computers. The mobile app for Android allows me to see statistics but not in a browser. It’s a convenience issue and not mission critical, but would be nice to have fixed.
There is one other user who seems to be having the same problem. I just have no clue what we have in common.
Any ideas on what else I can check? Thanks!

I’m sure that you’re both in the same boat, so I’m definitely out of ideas now.
I have asked those in charge of the stats system on our end to take a look.
