@desaivm50No one can answer such a question off the top of their head and provide a fix for you. Information is required in order to trace the issue and determine the cause and resolve it.
I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you both please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

The most common reason this occurs is that your followers have blocked WordPress.com from sending any emails. They can access this option through the following link when logged in:
https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/
There’s an option at the bottom of that page for “Block all email updates from blogs you’re following on WordPress.com”. Can you ask your users to make sure that option is unchecked?
If you’re still having trouble, please let me know a username or two that have reported they aren’t receiving updates, and I’ll investigate further!
