why are my supposed followers unable to follow after confirming subscription?

my friends have clicked to follow my blog, they confirmed the subscription but for some strange reason they are being told that it isn’t successful. why is it so difficult for them to do something so simple? it’s quite frustrating since i am trying to get more followers to my blog. please help! thank you. my blog is fashiongrace.wordpress.com
