Why are my tags appearing under my header as well as a footnote?

    I want my tags to appear in a cloud tag at the bottom of my page only. When I first put them in for my Superbowl post, the full set of tags (for both posts Ive made) were appearing on BOTH posts, on top and on the bottom of the page. Im using the KOI theme. Is there anything I need to know when assigning my tags in order to make sure that they appear only at the bottom of the correct page? Thanks for your help. I have read all I can find on the subject but it doesnt seem to be covered.

    The tags that appear at the top of the post are part of that post only.

    The tags in your footer area are your tag could and will fill out with the tags for the entire blog as you add more.
