Why are my videos never "processed" and do not play back (any file type)?

Hi, I am still waiting for help from support and am very frustrated. I purchased the video upgrade and I cannot load my videos without problems. When I upload a video it just says “Processing, will be ready in 5 minutes”. I have left it for up to 16 hours and it never changes from that message. I have tried encoding my 3 minute WMV into at least a dozen other video file formats and NONE of them can be uploaded properly to Videopress. I have read in other support blogs that an MP4 H.264 Video/AAC audio is the best and I have tried that type numerous times as well. The problem with the video upload is when it is played back, parts of the video are missing (blacked out) and pixelated anywhere from 10% to 90% of the the image. Please help me sort this out, it has been very frustrating and I spent hours trying to figure it out.
The video that I have been trying to upload is under my media titled “haut brion” .
