Why are my videos not uploading properly?

  Hello WordPress, I’m uploading video clips for my blog, as I have done hundreds of times before, but today and yesterday the videos took about 8 hours to “process”, and once they had finally finished processing they don’t play. One of the videos plays in slow motion, The other one doesn’t play at all. I have videopress and space upgrade. The file format appears to be compatible. (3gp) Any help you can offer would be so appreciated, I am self employed and this is my work website.

  I’ve reported your bugs and will have to wait to hear back from the developers. Video can be tricky.

  If you are in a hurry to get your video up, might I suggest trying to convert your videos to MP4 before uploading with free software like Handbrake? I know that the point of VideoPress is that we take care of conversions for you, but in case you are impatient, MP4 generally provides the best results and will have the fastest encode times since it’s the format that VideoPress encodes to.
