Why are my widgets not showing up at all?

Hi, I can’t seem to see whee my widgets are showing up. I want to see them on the right or left hand side of my blog…

These days not all themes have sidebars designed into themes and those that do have them do not necessarily have them on all pages in the blog. Many now have them in a hidden panel. Have you consulted your detailed theme description and the live demo site?
