Why are notifications for my blog going into BT users' spam folders?

A couple of my readers – both on BT Internet – have complained that they were not receiving notifications of new articles/comments. One has reported that they’ve been going straight into her spam folder. This started happening a couple of days ago, they say.
Have you changed anything which makes this likely? Can this issue be overcome?
I’ve got a lot of readers on BT and I reckon I may be missing out on a lot of hits as a result of this.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Mike,
One has reported that they’ve been going straight into her spam folder.
This would actually be something that you would have to change with your email client. We just send the emails and the email client determines where it would go. So, I would recommend that your reader mark the email as Not Spam and the email client should remember that choice if you do it a couple times.
If the reader is not receiving the email entirely, please provide me their emails and I can check our system to confirm if the email was successfully received by the email client. Please note that our system will remove the emails in this public thread so only I will be able to see them.
