Why are only three Pages appearing in the navigation bar at the top of my site?

The black bar above the header in my blog shows three of the four pages in my blog: HOME, ABOUT, BLOG. However, I have four pages: HOME, ABOUT, BLOG and CONTACT. Why is it that the four pages do not show in the black bar. I want all of my main pages to show in this bar.

One thing I did was to make sure the at the order of the pages is correct. So I changed the order in each Page edit to 1 for HOME, 2 for ABOUT, 3 for BLOG, 4 for CONTACT. This however did not fix the problem of having all these pages in the black header. This did have the effect of changing the order in the Pages widget, but it did not add the fourth page (CONTACT) to the black bar at top.

    Please advise. Thanks.
