Why are #panel1 and #panel2 duplicates of my front page?
-
I’m using the Affinity theme to create a single static page of photos. When I publish it, on the right side it shows three diamonds: top page, #panel1, #panel2. All three are the same front page. I only want the front page. How do I remove the extra panels? website is: selling2008flagstaff.wordpress.com. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The page is being repeated because you’ve selected it both as your static front page in the Customizer’s Static Front page panel, and then a second time in Theme Options as Panel #1. I don’t see it displayed a third time.
To fix this, I would suggest setting Panel #1 in Theme Options to your “Enjoy!” page, and then unselecting “Enjoy!” in Panel #2.
Let me know how it goes.

Dear Kathrynwp,
I have a question related to Affinity theme, my wp address is https://dhammahut.wordpress.com/blog/
At the frontpage, my 3rd panel is Blog. However, It doesn’t display post that is in the blog page. May I know why? And could you guide me on how to display the post at the third panel?
Thank you
Kind Regards,
Dhamma Hut

dhammahut – the panels display static-page content only. Since the blog is a series of posts rather than a static page, it won’t work in a panel.
As a workaround, you could use the Display Posts shortcode in a static page that you assign to the panel instead.
If you need further help, could you please start a new thread so the original poster doesn’t receive email notifications about your issue? Thanks!
