Why are people that are subcribing not showing up on my end?

    I thought I fixed the problem at first by changing my sign up form altogether, but still when someone subscribes they are not showing up when I check on my site stats. Can someone please help me with this?

    Hi there,

    http://thebustlingmom.com/ is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but just connected here using the Jetpack plugin. Jetpack is what adds the stats to your site, but Jetpack will only show followers that subscribed using the Jetpack subscriptions feature, and you don’t appear to be using that.

    The signup form in your site’s sidebar is from Mailchimp, and those subscribers will be showing in your Mailchimp account, but not in your site stats, as Jetpack has no access to your Mailchimp account to track subscribers there.

    If you’d like to use Jetpack’s subscriptions feature instead (Jetpack subscriptions automatically emails subscribers each time you publish a new post, as opposed to Mailchimp where people sign up to a mailing list, and only receive newsletters you intentionally create through that service), you can see here how to use it:
