Why are people visiting my blog from here?

  I’m fairly new to WordPress and lately I’ve been getting quite a few views from this web address:

  There is another one aswell but I suppose one link is enough. Please could you copy and paste the website into your web address box and please could someone tell me how people reach my blog from here?
