Why are some images stretched?

I have 2 blogs…fruitshake and Pilcrow. Someone recently told me that some of my images are stretched. On my computer they are fine. I don’t know how to re-size. If I change in my settings (media) do I change both height and width? I’m a newbie blogger and this is confusing. Here are my sites:

As far as I can see, on different browsers, your images look perfect (and delicious). Could you ask a visitor who sees them stretched, to take a screenshot of what they’re seeing and upload that to your media library (no need to create a post)?

ok so we tried cutting and pasting but that doesn’t work…how do we take a screenshot?

so we were able to take a screen shot….and when she did, the picture that we copied into paint was absolutely normal. Bizarre. Not sure what to say now. Wondering if its their screen resolution or something like that?

It’s possible that your display may be using a stretched resolution.
You might want to check that.

Well, I’m not 100% sure, it depends on variety of variables. Your operating system, display manufacturer, graphics card, etc.
Basically, find your display settings, and try a couple of different resolutions.
