Why are some of my slideshow images being cropped off the bottom?

  Some of my images are having their bottoms cropped off, rather than being resized to fit the slideshow format, e.g.:
  • AFRICAN ELEPHANT from “CREATURES Great and Small” Tundra Books 2006
  • NATURAL GRASSLAND from “Who Needs a PRAIRIE?” Tundra Books 2014

  Other images, with much larger vertical dimensions, are correctly scaled. e.g.:
  ARCTIC FOOD CHAIN from “Who Needs an ICEBERG? ” Tundra Books 2012

  Hi there!

  I saw that some CSS was added that was causing the bottom of the images to get cut off. So what you can do is add this so that this no longer happens:

  .site-main .slideshow-window {
  	height: 450px !important;
  }
