Why are some pages/posts being blocked from Google by WordPress?

    I have a self hosted WordPress.org site. However, my Google Webmasters Account indicates that WordPress.com has created a robots.txt file that blocks 12 URLS from by blog from being indexed by Google. Firstly, I don’t understand why WordPress.com would block my posts/pages and secondly why is WordPress apparently making changes to my site when it is self-hosted? It all seems very strange to me. The Webmaster report says that the hosts http://stats.wp.com/e-201526.js and http://stats.wp.com/e-201527.js are blocking my posts/pages from Google. Please help me understand this and help me get this block removed.
