Why are stats for yesterday not showing up?
-
Yesterday, I added a new post. I received two emails that people had liked the post and one of them became a follower. Yet, it is a day later and in my stats I have no, 0, views for that post. But I do see the likes and the new follower. Are the stats not recording on the weekend? Or, something else gone wrong?

WordPress.com stats record actual page views. See here for what is included > http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/
To be clear likes and shares are misleading when you are talking about page view stats. Your followers and anyone with a WordPress.com blog who is logged into WordPress.com can “like” and “share” your posts in several locations without ever clicking into your blog and creating a page view stat. Those who have username accounts only but no blog can become followers and click the “like” and/or “share” buttons. Those who do not have accounts cannot use the like button. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/07/09/wordpress-followers-likes-and-stats/
