Why are the blog stats counting my visits?

  This is a private blog and the only people who have access are me and my son. There is no question that the blog stats are counting my visits to my own blog! How do I make this stop?

  Is this actually seen as a positive change? Is there any workaround to avoid this? I have NO interest in how many times I visit my own blog.

  I’m afraid we don’t have an option to turn off counting your own visits at this time. However, we have registered this suggestion for future updates as a few other users have asked for a similar option.
