Why are the links so dark in the Misty Lake Theme

  • Unknown's avatar

I’m using the Misty Lake theme for my blog, and I really like the theme, but the links are really dark green unless you mouseover them, and they’re not underlined.

As a result, it’s almost impossible to spot that part of a post is a link, unless you happen to mouseover it, or unless you know it’s already there.

Automattic, please please either change the colour of the links so they’re more distinct from the normal text, or make them underlined.

I don’t think I should have to purchase Custom Design just to fix one element of a design that is not well-thought-out.

    Thank you

The Misty Lake theme features a ”misty” opacity overlay and is behaving exactly as it’s designed to to operate. See the detailed theme description here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/misty-lake/ and the live demo site here http://mistylakedemo.wordpress.com/

If you do not like the opacity then you can switch to another theme. http://wordpress.com/themes/
