Why are the side Widgets pushed down to the bottom?

  Somehow the widgets that’s supposed to appear on the right side is pushed down to the bottom of the blog: http://chicglitterati.wordpress.com/
  and instead a random blog link appears on the right side. What’s happening and how can I fix this???
