Why are the stats inaccurate?
-
3 people liked one of my posts, and a 4th person liked a different post.
I looked at my stats earlier in the day and it displayed only 2 views. However, these 4 “likes” would indicate that I should have 7 views (at least).
On a different day I had 56 or so views, but the stats only displayed 30-35 of the pages that were viewed (e.g. 26 on 1 page, 11 on another, 5 on another, etc…..)
For me, these blatant inaccuracies in the stats are incredibly frustrating because the stats are so obviously wrong or lacking details. This makes it very hard for me to know whether or not I am successful on certain pages or posts because they’re wrong, which skews my data.
I want to know WHY it is so inaccurate. Please, someone tell me.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This site has some interesting information on the stats that WordPress provides for their sites. For example if someone is using the Reader application, the page view and/or like count may not reflect the views properly.
If you feel there are more inaccuracies, you should contact the support team and have them check it out.

We answer this question every day.
People can Like and Share from the reader, and they do not count as Views.
