Why are the vertical images in my slideshow distorted?

  My vertical images in the gallery slideshow are distorted, but the horizontal images are not.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I took a look and everything is working properly.

  The front page has many images to load, therefore it’s possible that some are not finished loading yet. You might want to decrease the amount of posts shown on the front page. You can change this at ‘Blog pages show at most’ on https://mcshannonmonitor.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php
