Why are the You Tube controls not visible when embedding a video?

Why are the You Tube controls not visible when embedding a video from You Tube following your instructions.
Are the visitors to the blog supposed to guess about clicking anywhere in the video screen in order to PLAY the video??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Generally speaking a huge PLAY arrow appears. If this is not happening on a video where the contents are embeddable, paste the link to the post here.

I just looked at your blog using safari. I saw the controls just fine. Make sure they are using a compatible browser. IT LOOKS FINE!

I now know that the problem is when using Firefox. Anyone knows what could be creating the problem. I’m sure I’ve seen the controls in the past using Firefox.
