Why are their weird characters all over wordpress?

  Hello,
  My blog is coming up with all sorts of funny characters… completely unreadable. I think everything wordpress has weird or missing characters for me just now. Is it me or you?

  It turned out to be a silly turn it off/turn it on again thing, still baffled but it’s been fine since… thankyou!
