Why are there ads on my blog.

    Some of my readers says they can still se ads on my blog even if i hade purchased the No-Ads Upgrade for a single blog (per year). I have payed 99 USD to get free from ads.

    Howdy Carita,

    I’ve confirmed your site ( http://debutsky.wordpress.com/ ) should not be showing ads at all. Some users have reported ads on their site that were actually placed by their browser (with some type of browser extension, which is up to the individual to remove from their browser.

    All ads from WordPress.com include a small link next to it that says “About This Ad” linking to a WordPress.com support page. If possible, can you ask the reader reporting the ads to make a screenshot, then could you upload it to your site’s media library so I can confirm that’s the likely source of the ads.
