Why are there two images

  The image at top left of “my site” tab, as well as image that displays on tabs in web browser is not same image as on gravatar

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Under WP Admin>Settings>General blog image is on the left… this is separate from changing the gravatar image, although I don’t know why.
