Why are things appearing on my blog and when I print my blog?

On the main page of my blog, at the very bottom, these words appear: Blog at WordPress.Com theme Pool by Borja Fernandez, Entries & Comments Feeds.
Also, when I print a copy of my new blog, instead of having my theme print along with mention of my novel, at the bottom the same thing prints out. How can I get rid of these things?

You are not allowed to remove or hide the footer credit links.
May I remove credit links such as ‘Blog at !WordPress.com’, theme, font, or toolbar links?
