Why are two users of this site unable to get access for the last few days?

Since first thing Monday, two users of this website have been unable to access the dashboard, getting an error message, yet I can get on there with no problem. We are all in different sites geographically, using different wifi networks, and no-one has changed any settings or passwords. This is now causing a serious problem as they cannot update the site. The other two are administrators, I think I’m an author or contributor, so don’t have access to see the full settings myself. At first, one of them could gain access on her tablet but not her laptop, but now she can’t access it on any device. Can you please help solve the mystery and get them both back on there? Their names are Sabrina Dawe and Jo Dury.

Are they in the UK, by any chance? What happens when they try to log in? Do they get an error message, and if so, what’s the exact message?

Yes, they’re in the UK – http://www.funkypumperstalk.wordpress.com, as mentioned in my first message. At least one has now got on there, and I think the issue may now be resolved, going by what was on a forum earlier.

Hi Debbie – Yep, there’ve been some connection issues in the UK, but many of our users are reporting this is resolved now. If either of them continue to have trouble, let me know, although it’s easiest if they write in so we can ask them some questions about their set-up. :)
