Why are video too wide and images in pages squished in from the sides?

  I was having this problem and did a search and found someone else had resolved the same problem but deactivating Jetpack. The oEmbed videos on all my posts (custom posts) are a about one centimeter too wide on the RIGHT side. Also, images added to a page are squished in from the sides.

  Hope this helps. There are others with the same issue.

  Mac, 10.7.5 latest Chrome/Firefox.

  I did in my first email, but it has been resolved.

  A plugin I am using http://goo.gl/oHZyn has the option to use google’s latest version of jquery 1.9, when this was selected and Jetpack active all hell broke loose! LOL. It would squish embedded images in from the sides and make the embedded videos non-responsive, meaning they would not shrink to the browser window. I would have attached screenshots, but don’t see a way to do that.
