Why are we being constantly being denied more and more WP features

  I have 43 sites on wordpress.com and they keep making changes, which probably help the noobies, but just grossly limit those of us who know and use WP daily.

  1.) I can no longer list, download that list and therefore properly manage my sites,

  2.) I cannot delete a site, as several had typos, when creating them, so have to die,

  3.) Editing is no longer HTNL friendly and have to step through, about 4 steps to get to the code editor, which must always be the default for me as I only write HTML, and have since 1994,

  4.) The current default editor uses blocks, which is a NO NO to a real coder,

  5.) Menuing has become a challenge, when it was easy before,

  6.) The left hand site navigation is gone which must constantly be there.

  7.) We the site builders, no longer get to choose the defaults we need and want to use.

  This is just the start of over 30 complaints I have against the later releases, but will do
