Why are you billing me for upgrades I didn't request?

    I noticed that the following upgrades have been debited on my debit card and it doesn’t appear I requested any upgrade. I believe there has been a mistake in both billings. Anyhow, considering that I’m not willing to have an account with WordPress anymore, please provide with the termination of my account. If this is not possible, at least fix the unrequested upgrades asap.

    To disable autorenew, provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades go to > Store > My Upgrades and click the “disable auto-renew” link.

    Also provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  • Howdy, since those upgrades last renewed in October we’re no longer able to refund them. We can refund anything in the first 30 days but after that we can’t refund things.

    The upgrades are set to expire this October, though, so you will not be charged again. If you’d like to you can delete your site with these steps.
