Why are you changing the dashboard and startup screens AGAIN?!!!!

  I am struggling to find how I get to the dashboard now on my mac.
  I click around aimlessly as nothing seems in a logical menu path!
  I struggle trying to administrate my blog on my iphone….
  Why are you changing the dashboard and startup screens AGAIN?!!!!
  It is making this software really ineffective to use.
